About Clear Lake EMS
Celebrating 50 Years in Service
Clear Lake EMS started out as Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corps, which was founded in 1972 by volunteers within the Seabrook Fire Department. We started out small, providing only two 911 response ambulances, but now has a total of six ambulances and a supervisor vehicle providing 911 services to the local communities. In 2020, Clear Lake EMS shifted to an
inter-facility transfer service among the local hospitals.

Aside from a general ambulance service, Clear Lake EMS provides many other specialized services such as Kid Care Childhood Immunization Program, Community Education (CPR, First Aid, Safe Sitter course), Wag/n O2 Fur Life Program, and more. Clear Lake EMS has ambulances available 24/7 for any medical transfers. Our trucks specializing in non-emergency/emergency transfers.
Every Clear Lake EMS ambulance is staffed with Paramedics to care for critical patients. We are licensed as BLS provider with MICU capability. All Clear Lake EMS employees also receive continuous educational training on a monthly basis. Paramedics at Clear Lake are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS).
